- if the service is fully performed and its performance started with the User’s explicit prior consent and confirmation that he/she is aware that he/she will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract if the service is fully provided, if the subject-matter of the Contract is sealed goods that were unsealed upon delivery and therefore rendered unsuitable for return,
- if the subject-matter of the Contract are goods that were, due to their nature, inseparably mixed with other objects upon delivery,
- if the subject-matter of the Contract is a product or service whose price depends on financial market fluctuations that are beyond the influence of the Seller and which may occur during the term of the Buyer’s right to unilaterally terminate the Contract,
- if the subject-matter of the Contract is a product that has been produced according to the Buyer’s specification or is clearly tailored to the Buyer,
- if the subject-matter of the Contract is the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of conclusion of the Contract but may only be shipped after 30 or more days, if the price is subject to market fluctuations that are beyond the Seller’s influence.

In this case, the User will be notified of the reduced refund amount.
If, at the User’s request, the provision of the service started during the unilateral contract termination deadline, the User is required to reimburse Agroprodukt d.o.o. for the amount proportional to the service delivered up to the date of notification on the unilateral termination of the Contract by the User to Agroprodukt d.o.o.
