The wine is a vivid, straw color with a slight greenish tinge. Aromas are complex : acacia flower, lemon, ripe peach, and mango.
It is very fresh and soft on the palate, with an elegant and persistent taste. A slight hint of bitter almonds in the aftertaste , so typical of the Istrian Malvasia.
Serve with various cold and warm appetizers such as: Sea bass carpaccio with lemon, rucola, white pepper, and Fleur de sel, Risotto with shrimp and zucchini, Frittata with asparagus and bacon.
