Torčol Vodnjanski extra virgin olive oil is extracted by cold mechanical processes from  the very best selection of our olives.The oil is obtained from a selection of early and mid-season harvest crops. This balance of several cultivars and various harvest times gives Torčol its pleasantly diverse aromatic profile. Torčol Vodnjanski is characterized by mild to strong fruitiness, with moderately pronounced bitterness and pungency. It leaves a clear impression of chicory and almonds, and, to a lesser extent, of tomatoes, pine nuts and artichokes. Although fresh, Torčol is bound to satisfy any gourmet as it overwhelms with notes that are  neither green nor overripe .Torčol brings everyday harmony to your kitchen table.
